Making wood grain laminated MDF is a complex procedure, which involves taking an extremely thin slice of hardwood (about 1-2 mm thick) or using large variety of PVC thin sheet with beautiful 3D wood grains textures and then through high pressure and stretching methods wrapping them around the profiled MDF boards.
